Compliance Fulfillment
Assists organizations by fulfilling FCRA adverse hiring decision responsibilities. Both Pre-Adverse and Adverse Action notices and reports can be sent via mail or e-mail to an applicant/employee, when background screen results may lead to a no-hire decision.
DOT Package of Products & Services
A comprehensive DOT product package specifically designed to support clients in the Transportation sector. The package is focused on trucking and other industries which are subject to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) regulations (particularly 49 CFR Parts 40 and 391) which includes DOT's mandated drug and alcohol testing program and documents along with the evaluation of driver qualifications and eligibility to perform safety-sensitive duties.
Pay Guard
Allows analysis of payroll records on a regular basis to ensure that all employees have been screened. Payroll records can be evaluated on an annual, quarterly or monthly basis. Custom intervals are available.
Random Substance Abuse Testing
A computer-generated randomization program designed to meet your testing specifications. Program options include interval testing (annual, weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.); group testing (all employees or specific employee groups); and percentage or number of screens to be performed.
Risk Scoring
A highly customizable program that compares screening results against employer-defined criteria of acceptability, which can vary by position being hired for objective assessment. A score of red, yellow or green will be provided for review.
Sentry
A program designed to ensure that all of your subcontractors, vendors and temporary workers have been screened to the same standards as your corporate employees.
Substance Abuse Testing
Provides clients and applicants/employees with comprehensive screening services including collection site identification; chain of custody procedures; certified collector; and laboratory and medical review officer services. Testing is available for a range of substances from the most commonly abused to industry specific panels of abused prescription and/or illegal substances.
